The FanJet 600 (formerly Fantrainer) is a German-built tandem military trainer featuring a 1,800 kg MTOW and a 650 shp Allison 250-C30 bypass fan engine mounted behind the rear seat. With a cruise speed of 200 kts, climb rate of 3,150 ft/min and ceiling of 25,000 ft, it offers jet-like handling with lower fuel burn, noise and emissions than comparable turboprop trainers.

The certified aircraft features excellent cockpit ergonomics and dual independent controls for system failure simulation. EFT’s FanJet is equipped with portable Flight Test Instrumentation for live and post-flight data analysis — making it an ideal platform for jet transition and evaluation missions.
