Overview

This intensive one-week course provides a comprehensive introduction to the principles, technologies, and operational applications of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), including Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR). Designed for both technical and managerial professionals, the course addresses the complete lifecycle of ISR systems—from conceptual design and integration to testing, evaluation, and operational deployment.
Special emphasis is placed on flight test and certification considerations for SIGINT/ISR platforms. Participants will gain practical insight into test planning, risk and safety management, data evaluation, and regulatory compliance, as well as project and resource management for ISR development programs.
